above are bits and pieces of our love story. started with hi and we could't end it with any bye-s. the thought of him being a kelantanese has put me far from him. takutla.... nanti kena pakai jubah ke, cakap ngan tak leh pandang pompuan ke.. kan? a simple justification for a kelantanese, to me, at that moment.

our love grows simple. from an office buddy, he became my listener & advisor. he wont interrupt when i did the talking. he wont tell at that very minute if he is in disagreement. he'll just listen. but after a few days, he'll come back and says "na.. remember the thing u said the other day? i think......" that's when he'll open up his mind. sometimes too late :D and sometimes it fits the time frame. and i fall for him...

we hooked up because we have always been together. month end, to settle banking matters. of course, those days mana ada internet banking. and most of the time, to have lunch as the canteen food was not so impressive. and some of the time just to be with each other. we enjoyed both companies and we enjoyed talking. one topic can grow up to thousands. and we couldn't stop. we can talk about everything. one can just mumble and the other can understand. one can just look and the other has the details. laughter has always been our days. we enjoyed bowling. and that's where we spent most of our times. we went out each weekend and yet we didn't realize that we have fall for each other.

i was then engaged to somebody. and that's when i heard my other-heart is breaking. i thought this is another episode of drama swasta, but yep! i had the pain. and more to him. when i was supposed to feel happy, i actually wasn't sure of my ground. somebody said to him, "if you love her, let her go. if she comes back, she's yours". and he did the thinking.. "i've let her go. she was engaged to somebody. but now she's back. she's back to me. she's DEFINITELY mine".

that's our love story. we didn't realize it until we were losing it. we didn't know what love could bring until we talk about it. we didn't know that we need each other so much until one of us has thought of ending it.

today we're celebrating our 5th-love-anniversary. and we hope for more anniversaries to come.

buddies

at this age; today, a friend told me that she felt lost in her life. she's indecisive. she's unable to determine what's best has she given, what's worst has she done. she's eager to elaborate her talents and her desires, but she remains silent when asked on her future. she's neither happy on her monetary ground nor her work environment. she's blessed with kids & loving husband. she's my best buddy. to which i told that life will treat her fine, that i'd help her as much as i could and that i told to hang on tough...

at this age; today, a friend told me that she wants to be alone and far from her husband. she knows what she wants but she's afraid of her own strength. she wants to be loved and she's lovable. she's nice but was not treated fairly. she's blessed with lovely kids and surrounded by highly-supportive friends. she's also my best buddy. to which i told to stand firm on the ground and go through the obstacles with her own strength. and to which i promise that i'd stand tall behind her...

at this age; today, some friends told me that they are not happy about their working life. increments are not given, bonuses are not granted. they are asked to assist elsewhere and not given proper benefits. they are bound with terms and conditions and they want to move ahead. they are lovely friends who would be a group of bitches when the target is right and also a team of angels in a split second. they are all my buddies. to which i offer some experiences in working life and some "uh", "ah", "oh", "stoopid" and "idiot".

at this age; today, i look at my friends and realize that they are all i want. they are all i have. i'm happy for what i have. i am thankful for what i have been given. their shoulders carry all the burden and my shoulder is only for them to cry on. my eyes are only to see how they could smile nicely but deep inside they are crying out loud. their minds are thinking hard on how to keep life going especially for their little treasures. my ears are hearing the cheering laugh and some sighs in some statements. i said i understand but i am not able to exactly feel my own understanding. i said i want to help but my assistance somehow with boundaries. i said i would be there for them but in reality, it's more than me that they need.

i'm neither a good buddy.

here i am, before this pc. with my hands typing letters and phrases on my friends. thinking of what they have told me. thinking of what i have been telling them. thinking of what future could offer and what past has put on ground.

and i felt............ empty.

fever bz

i've been bz. yup! a bz bee. and now i'm down with hi-fever.

the month of august has put me behind my own bars. i was unable to blog as by the time i came home, i felt totally exhausted. i was unable to be online with YM as my server was a little cranky and that my boss has full view to my pc. it faces her. i blame the new office renovation. stoopid!

i was on sick leave on the very first day of the new school year. then i was in jb for liz's sister's wedding. the next weekend i was in alor gajah for anem's wedding. and last week i was in dong, pahang for another relative's wedding. returned from pahang, hi-fever till now.

yesterday i went to gleneagles, as my temperature has reached 38. i was asked to rest in the observation bay and had to wait for blood count result. alhamdulillah.. takde apa. and they charged rm43 for a 15 minutes rest in the observation bay. panadol dua bijik, 50 sen. air milo secawan 70 sen. pandainya buat duit. tak pe.. nanti i claim. heheheh

nothing much to update. made dah dapat bonus. alhamdulillah.. no, he's not going to pay for my credit card this time around (hehehe). he's going to put it aside for adam's school fees - next year. my son is turning 5. woohooo.. dah besar anak mama. i'm going to get my first festival bonus some time next month. me and made has bought one thing each from each bonuses - for the house. alhamdulillah.. rezeki dari Allah, insya Allah, berkat doa mak ayah, adik-beradik, sedara-mara, kawan-kawan. :D

4 adam & ammar 2

adam turned 4 on 12 june 2008 whilst ammar has just turned 2 last weekend, ie 19 july 2008. we had their birthday bash on 5 july 2008 - sempena mama habis exam. hahahahah..... basically i like their age this year. birthday bash for (4) adam & ammar too (2). cliche kan? hehehehehe

the party was great though there was a little chaos at first. the khemah guy called ibu at 11 hour to cancel their delivery. time tu ada rasa macam kaget sket.. tak tau nak tekan panic button atau tak. somehow, mak managed to get a khemah from our neighbourhood. alhamdulillah.. but then, khemah wasn't up until the first 2 families arrived. time ni confirm i had my panic button. and food yg ibu ordered pun tak sampai lagi. aduuhh... but somehow (again), dalam kejar2 itu ini, everything solved! settled! well done, indeed. 2:30pm, the party begun :D

adam & ammar were the stars of the day. they were well behaved (ehem..), friendly and excited about the birthday party. looking at ammar, he was a little lost. hahaha.. expected la ha... he's only 2. adam was the same when he was 2 - couldn't understand a thing. but adam had enjoyed his day, totally. he has been asking me about the birthday bash since he saw us buying some preparations for the bash. i am so glad that both of them really enjoyed their day.
theme for the party was actually blue. why blue? ntah.. mama likes blue. ayah likes blue. ibu is kind of fond of purple. mak's colour of the month eventually, blue. bapak & along has no taste in colour - kasik belasah aje. janji perut boleh nampak kempis sikit. blue cam sesuailah sikit dengan boys kan? hahahha.. i ordered special paper bag for the birthday bash from partythemepack. maizah did a great job - just look at the bags! the bag could perfecto-ly fit the pingu stationery set, a packet of could9 cake, biskut teddy & oreo. all blue! i bought the pingu stationery set in isetan during one of the members' sale. original price was rm24.90 but i got it for RM9.00(++). good bargain huh? i like!the cake was specially made by mamamin. she did a very wonderful job! i love the cake and purposely kept it after the candle blowing session. hahahahah.. sampai aunty sue nak rasa kek pun kena mintak. apa punya tuan rumahlah... the cake combined both kids' favourite toys. adam, the train and ammar, the bike. kecuali thomas the engine & the little motorbike, kesemua bahagian kek boleh dimakan dengan tanpa keraguan.

this time around we had a&w and the bear-bear as our entertainer. this is the first time ever that we called in an entertainer. we also prepared one corner for the kids to have fun & enjoy the day with adam & ammar's toys. another reason why the makan-makan & food area was not so spacious.

we also had lucky draw sessions before each guest went home. something different heh? a day before the bash, me and made went to carrefour and bought 1 cart full of items with blue packaging like softan, pepsi, fab, tissue, max cleen, glades, shaver, listerine, kopi hang tuah, dutch lady, etc. sumer biru. i was a little bit unsure of that idea at first, but it turned out to be so much fun! sampai ada yg membodek tuan rumah untuk mendapatkan barangan yang dihajati. heheheheh..

at first mak was a little ragu2 with the weather, but, alhamduliilah.. the day went great! nampak macam nak hujan, tapi tak jadik hujan. i was and still happy thinking that many of "meaningful"faces in my life turned up. thank you so much! i hope you guys have enjoyed the day as much as myself did. sape yang tak datang tu confirm rugilah... hahahahaha..

at about 5pm, both stars sudah keletihan. tido tak hengat :D org bising pun dah tak heran. tido sangat penting untuk kesihatan tubuh badan. hehehehehe.. last but not least, tima kasih mak & bapak. tima kasih ibu & pak long. tima kasih alin. thank you so much for hanyut (sorrylah.. gua tak hengat lu punya fotopages), for these lovely pictures (dan gua tau lu curik tulang kan? hahahah). tima kasih org pasang khemah. tima kasih org a&w bandar baru ampang. tima kasih zz for the t-shirts' printing. tima kasih kawan ibu yg buat mihun sup-yg-sedap-yg-mama-tak-sempat-makan. tima kasih made, the great husband!
