ok. sapalah tak penah buat silap kan? tapi bila silap sendiri, dia tuding kat orang lain, kita jadik sakit hatilah jugak kan..
ginilah.. kisahnya not so a big deal pun.
citernya adalah... kita buat room reservation for our guest last week. then ada salah on the check out date. so, kita buat another revised letter. first letter dated july 25. the revised one dated the following day. and i was contacted by the person in charge to reconfirm the date sebab i made a typo error. itu citer hari jumaat. guest datang hari ahad. he went in ok. but was later found himself locked outside of his room on monday afternoon.
sebab? reservation did not receive the revised letter that i sent on friday.
i had to make few calls yesterday to resolve the problem and when i thought it was over, i was again slapped with frustration this morning.
the person in charge called me this morning to confirm what letter i should be providing them . discussion went fine. and i did not put the blame on them. not even a quarter inch. it was not in my conversation. later, my boss called me in and explain what she wanted me to do and what was passed on from that person in charge to her supervisor.
ok. tak payah susah-susah teka. mistake was anne's. i was like.. heh? why didn't she pointing it to me when we were communicating this morning? why from her supervisor that i hear a twist in her story?
saya rasa sangat-sangat bengang.
ok. i sent the letter dated july 25. it was then revised with a letter dated 26. you called to confirm my typo error and to which, confirming acceptance of our revised letter. why was it not passed on to your reservation? with that in mind, why should i be in the position of at fault?
logik?
mujur posa. tak kuasa nak gaduh. tadi rasa nak antar emel jugak. lepas tu malas.
