adam came back last friday with his BM penulisan result.
"mama.. i did not do well with my BM. i got B".
sincerely.. i've expected. i've kept my expectation low this time around pasal tanak kecewa bersungguh sangat. so when the news arrived, i was ready to face it. ok. tipu. berombak jugaklah dada ni.
sampai rumah, he showed me his test paper. 62%. and i was.. WHAT??!! so i went through the paper.
salah eja - potong sengah markah. ok.
salah letak perkataan - potong sengah markah. ok.
potong sengah-sengah tu pun dah berapa dah. ok.
last page.... zero. nilch. kosong. takde markah langsung. uwaaaaa.....
soalan adalah fill in the blanks. and at first i couldn't understand what went wrong sebab perkataan adalah biasa-biasa saja.. "kasih sayang", "amanah", "berdikari". then... soon i realized, it was not any common words that we use in a daily conversation.
"adam kenalah berkasih sayang dengan alesya selalu. tak baik bergaduh".
er.. odd kan? ke tasik selatan pulak maknanya tu.
to be honest, saya sangat kecewa... tapi habis jugaklah mekdi sebungkus. i immediately called made. one of the solutions would need adam to read more BM books to understand these kind of words. and probably we will have to send adam to BM tuition class.

kak anne, rasanya my mama will be the best person that may understand ur feeling. hehe. but seriously, mana kita pakai kasih sayang, berdikari kat rumah kan? ke kita je belagak tak pakai eh. huhu.
i still remember when every tuesday we have to go to the library bergerak. mama registered 3 of us skali with her n abah. we have to pinjam like 10 novel BM books. menangis2 tau diyana baca sebab i dont understand! i still remember the ayat sampai sekarang
"pagi itu, susana agak suram dan angin sepoi2 bahasa di luar bagaikan mengerti apa yang ku rasakan saat ini".
apakah? 10 kali ulang tau! what is suram? what is sepoi2 bahasa? hahaha, but alhamdulilah after a few months, sehari dah boleh habis satu buku :). but anyhow, my UPSR still 3A 1B and B is penulisan and SPM pun BM dapat C3.
Hmmm, nak kata kami cakap English kat rumah fully, tak juga. 80% is BM.
Aiman pun byk salah tang tu Anne...
