what's the time now?

i pernah cerita tak, when i started work in iskl, i had a shock of my life when it's reaching the end of working hours?  hahahaha...  gini kisahnya...  

as somebody who came from some big corporate companies, i think it is an expectation that you will balik lambat.  betul tak?  so, i expected the same in iskl lah.  akan tetapinya....  i was completely wrong.  working hours end at 4:15pm.  4:10pm dah dekat 5 orang queue depan punch card machine.  at first i was, whooaaa...  gila lah!  hebat sungguh mereka ni...  tapi bila dah lama, i pun dah lali.  baik staff baru masuk, baik staff lama-lama.  semuanya bertenggek kat punch card machine tu exactly 5 minutes before the time due.  

ok..  this is what happened on last friday...  i gatal-gatal tanya one of the "early queue" participants.  

"dah 4:15pm?"

"yes.  you know that this clock is early 3 minutes"

saya pun senyum....

so, kalau jam tu awal 3 minutes, it means you clock out at 4:12pm.  

if she reaches the machine at 4:12pm, what time do you think she switched off her computer and started walking to the HR office?  in this case, her office is like tingkat 3, 2 blocks away from my office.  

hebatkan?  time management kami?  hahahahahahaha...
