kali ni kena jadik!!!!!

I've been... Soooooooo in fact tooooooo long hoping that my weight will go back to the normal weight I used to have. Jeles seh tengok orang pakai baju shantek². Ada curve, ada six-packs.. Wowo... Bodylicious.. Jelesh yg amat teramat..

This time around, I have to. No more excuses... Dengar tu!!! Baca kuat² sket..

NO MORE EXCUSES!!!

U heard me well. Peh ni I nak masak sotong masak singgang, ikan masak singgang, udang pun masak singgang.. Sumernyer rebus je. Sayur pun rebus taw.. Sesekali bulihlah makan besh sikit.. Sesekali! diulangi.. Sesekali saja!!!

Kalo tak kasut sukan tu memang buat hiasan jelah... I will.. will.i.am

I've to think about what's good it gives me.. Skang ni, I jalan pun sakit. Kaki I macam tak bulih nak menampung berat I. Susahkan? So I have to do something... Nanti nak main kejar² dengan the-apple-of-my-eye pun susah. Semput pulak nanti.

Kuatkan semangat..
